 LADIES, when booking please keep in mind that  all hairstyles are incl. hair extensions/ braiding hair, If you have colored hair please send a picture to us at +31 6 14 29 55 87 so that we can get the right color for your hair!

 
Nails:

• We do NOT work on other peoples work
• Refill must be done every 3 weeks MAX. After it will be considered a new set.
• Price does not include design. Please select that in "Extra Nails"

 

General (Algemene voorwaarden)
- When booking, PLEASE READ how long the duration of your service(s) will be and plan accordingly! I do not like to be rushed. in order for me to provide an oustanding service i take my time for precision.

- The deposits will under no circumstances be refunded. 

• Appointments from 18:00PM +€15 
• Appointments on Holidays are +€20

Cancel or Move appointment
-  you can easily move your appointment via the appointment confirmation you receive in the email with the ''move appointment'' button at the bottom of the email.
- you can easily cancel your appointment via the appointment confirmation you receive in the email with the ''cancel appointment'' button at the bottom of the email.

 

there is NO refund on any deposits or payments. When rescheduling this needs to be done 48H before appointment or you will need to create a NEW booking! If sick send a message to reschedule 
 
Late or No show
 - Customers have a 10 min buffer time to be late, after 10minutes a late fee of €10 will be charged and after 20minutes your appointment will be cancelled if not informed in time.
 - in case of no-show we will contact you and you will have to pay 30% of remaining booking, if this is not completed this can unfortunately have consequences to no longer get access to booking with us.
                                                 
 Extra persons 
 - do not bring extra persons please this can be very disturbing during the appointment
 - for young people up to 15 years old there is permission to bring a parent
