Hair clients: All hairstyles include extensions / braiding hair. Please note your desired color in the comment section (boho styles excluded). For questions, send a photo to +31 6 14 29 55 87 and we'll advise you on the right hair.
 
GENERAL
— Check your service duration before booking and plan accordingly
— we take our time to ensure a quality result.
— Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
— Appointments from 18:00 → +€15 evening fee.
— Appointments on public holidays → +€20 fee.
 
 
NAILS
— Refills must be done within 4 weeks. After this, a new set will be charged. 
— Nail art / design is not included
— add it via "ADD ON: Nail art" when booking.
— Minimum age: 15 years.
 
HAIR PREP
— Hair must arrive blow-dried and fully detangled, with no products. 
— Not detangled → +€20 blow-dry & detangle fee.
— Products in hair → wash & dry fee charged.
 
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
— Reschedule via the "Move Appointment" link in your confirmation email.
— Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance, or a new booking is required.
— Cancellation or reschedule within or less than 24 hours → 75% of the treatment cost is charged. 
— Same-day cancellation → 100% of the treatment cost is charged. 
— Sick? Send us a message on time to reschedule.
 
LATE & NO-SHOW
— Up to 10 min late: no charge
— please inform us. — 10–20 min late → €10 late fee.
— 20+ min without notice → appointment is cancelled. 
— No-show → 100% of the booking total is charged.
Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking access.
 
GUESTS
— Please come alone 
— extra guests can be disruptive during the appointment.
— Clients under 15 may bring one parent or guardian.
